What we collect, and where
The site collects nothing when you simply browse it. Only three forms record information, and only what you type into them.
- Contact form: name, email address, phone, company, reason for the request, service concerned, message
- Appointment request: name, email, phone, company, preferred date and slot, meeting mode, subject of the conversation
- Project assessment: city, sector, company status, revenue band, funding band, headcount band, objective, then name, email and phone

This information is used to handle your request and reply to you. It is not sold, rented, or used for marketing unrelated to your request.
- Answer your request and prepare a possible quotation
- Arrange an appointment and confirm the details
- Calculate and return your assessment score
- Follow up your file if an engagement starts

Consent
Each form carries an explicit checkbox. Without it nothing is recorded: the form is rejected and you are told so. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by email.

Where the data is stored
Where the data is stored
Data entered on this site is recorded in a Google Sheets workbook hosted by Google, accessible only to a dedicated service account and to MABEVO staff working on files. The site itself is hosted by the provider stated in the legal notice.
- These providers may host the data outside Burundi
- Access to the workbook is limited to those who need it
- Each submission leaves a timestamped entry in an activity log, with no personal data in the clear

How long we keep it
How long we keep it
Requests that go nowhere are kept for the time needed for commercial follow-up, then deleted. Data attached to an engagement is kept for the duration of the relationship, then for the period required by applicable accounting and professional obligations.

Who has access
MABEVO staff working on your file, and them alone. Where a service requires a licensed legal professional, the strictly necessary information is passed to them, under the same confidentiality undertaking.

Your rights
You may at any time request access to the data concerning you, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent. An email is enough; we reply within a reasonable time and tell you what we did.

Cookies and analytics
As it stands, this site uses no analytics cookie, no advertising tracker and no third-party analysis tool. Should that change, a consent banner would be put in place before anything is stored, and this document would be updated.

Security
Security
The site applies security headers, validates every input on the server and exposes no access key in the browser. No measure makes a system impregnable: we never ask you for a password, bank details or an identity document through a web form.
